Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Understand clients' business objectives, target audience, and market positioning to develop effective brand strategies and plans.
Collaborate with clients to define brand objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, and ensure alignment with their overall marketing and business goals.
Coordinate and oversee the execution of brand campaigns, working closely with internal teams such as creative, marketing, and communication, to ensure seamless implementation and delivery.
Monitor and analyze brand performance and market trends, providing regular reports and insights to clients, and making data-driven recommendations for brand optimization and growth.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging brand practices, and share knowledge and best practices with clients and internal teams.
Actively contribute to new business development efforts, including participating in pitches, preparing proposals, and presenting strategies to potential clients.
Requirements
Proven experience as a Brand Account Manager or similar role, with a successful track record in managing client accounts and driving brand success.
Strong understanding of branding principles, strategies, and best practices.
Strategic thinker with the ability to understand clients' business objectives and translate them into actionable brand strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive brand performance.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
